As well as sharing a few bonus recipes of my own as we count towards December 25th I plan to highlight some recipes from my favourite food bloggers that I have on my must make list.

Regular readers will know Ilva Beretta is a great friend of mine, she also sends my taste buds into spasms with each and every recipe and food photo she publishes. Her salad of Bresaola and Taleggio with Sesame seeds on Rocket is no exception.

During the year I've been experimenting making my own Bresaola or air cured beef with welcomed success and I also discovered the joy of Taleggio. Hence I plan on making this salad regularly over the holidays for light meals and picnics with a little bread and butter. I also think smaller portions will make great tapas as we hopefully enjoy long evenings of warm summer weather here in New Zealand.
