Christmas Pegs!

The fairies and I made these little cuties yesterday. Simple Christmas shaped felt cut outs hot glued to wooden pegs.
We preferred the red and green Christmas tree shape and used smaller sized wooden pegs. You can get in a range of different sizes from Hands Ashford craft store here in Christchurch and use any colour felt you desire and match your Christmas themes.

Several similar pegs make striking decorations in a line, secured to a ribbon garland, on the tree or placed around the home to secure all sorts of things - napkins, greeting cards, other decorations, fairy lights, gift and goodie bags, Christmas to do lists and notes or use them as gift tags.

You could also number them and clip them on envelopes for another simple Advent calendar idea.
I'm sure you can think of other ideas for them too, please feel free to share them with us in the comments and let us know if you too, make a set of Christmas pegs.
