Another of my absolute favourite food bloggers from way back in the early days is the amazing Amanda Simpson.

Originally from "What We're Eating" more recently she re-invented herself as the ultimate "Food Pornographer" with her wildly successful site "Food Porn Daily" and subsequent "Food Porn Daily - The Cookbook".
In fact it's only in the last few days that has she returned from her first book tour throughout the United States.

I'm so incredibly proud of her achievements and indeed blessed to be able to call her my friend.

I hope to cook from and review "Food Porn Daily - The Cookbook" more in depth for you all soon - each and every page is more mouthwatering than the last!
