Weekend Words

Weekend Words is an idea launched by Barbara, the words for my Kowhai image come from a line in I.D. Carswell's poem Remembering Kowhai. The Kowhai is a small tree native to New Zealand, this one is particularly special to me as it is the first tree I planted to form a garden when we moved out to our little farm 7 years ago.

A happy weekend to you all!
