Salmon Fillet with Beetroot Risotto
Hello all, here is a meal we Marshalls enjoyed recently.
The recipe is adapted from one served in a popular Auckland, NZ restaurant called "The Engine Room" which featured in the August issue of ABC Australia's Delicious Magazine. (Pg 86)
