Oh No!! Rudolph has gone and got himself and his mates stuck in the mud!!
Can you help eat them out in time for them to deliver all the presents on Christmas Eve?

  • Reindeer in the Mud Ice Cream
  •  
  • 1 litre of milk chocolate ice cream - see recipe here
  • 1 cup of assorted brown and red candy coated chocolates, such as M&Ms or Jaffas etc.
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips
  • ½ to 1 cup of broken salted pretzel cracker pieces.
  1. Soften the chocolate ice cream for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the temperature of your kitchen.
  2. Fold through the M&Ms and chocolate chips.
  3. Return to the freezer until ready to serve.
  4. Sprinkle the ice cream with the broken pretzels shortly before serving to prevent them becoming mushy.
  5. Makes approximately 1 litre
