This is *so* spring! I've sadly been really slack this year because I'll be off soon so my garden is a MESS. Full of miner's lettuce though, which is handy.
Love the curly pasta, and the fact that you used thinnings. It does indeed seem like a waste to hoe them! Although I suppose they end up giving their lives back to the soil in some way. Let me know if you're going to the market this week :) If not have a lovely weekend!

I'm a little bit jealous that you're into spring as I love the beginning of spring! Of course autumn is a great season too but still... Love your beautiful and simple salad!

Thanks for this lovely idea. I'm one of those who hates to thin when I've grown greens. Go figure I've never thought of using them. How silly of me. Gorgeous light, yummy pasta. It's been a year? Goodness...
