Spring Thinnings Pasta Comments & Discussion

	This is so spring! I've sadly been really slack this year because I'll be off soon so my garden is a MESS. Full of miner's lettuce though, which is handy. Love the curly pasta, and the fact that you used thinnings. It does indeed seem like a waste to hoe them! Although I suppose they end up giving their lives back to the soil in some way.
