I love that this is gluten free (I think?) without using five different types of flour! Cheers, looks gorgeous and love that you've topped it just with some cream.

We love it dark in my house, hopefully this is not too dark! I can imagine the aroma, can't wait to smell it! The pictures are stunning and the cake sounds delicious and perfect for me, being gluten free. Thanks!
