I've just seen your mushroom pic on Flickr ;)...So, sure no mushroom in the omelette !!
This sweet version is really lovely and could easily convince me to eat eggs for breakfast !

I'm really intrigued by this Bron, I've never thought to make a sweet omelette. But I can see a connection with pancakes and French Toast, both of which I'd happily eat with sweet toppings. I'm going to have to try this out.

I have to admit I usually have bread with my omelettes, thus compensating for the lack of carbs in the actual omelette.
