	Bron, Thank you for this post!! I did run to the kitchen to check what is inside my baking powder but the label is gone.... I will check next time before buying or better I will make my own as I have all needed ingredients already in the cupboard. 	Nutella is great. Trying to convince my wife that it's okay our two year old to try it! My Mother made for years a very similar cookie, but instead of Nutella, you simply push down a Hershey Kiss, just after bringing out of the oven. 	Sincere thanks for the baking powder recipe. Sad to learn that even Edmonds is "alu-tarnished". Happy that I have all the ingredients to make my own, and with true corn flour will be okay for those who must avoid gluten. Have started making my own cleaning products, great to know about baking powder. Will store the bp in my late Nana's original Baking Powder container that lives in my hot water cupboard (along with my good salt).
