Panna Cotta is one of my favorite desserts! This looks sooooo delicious and as always your photos are gorgeous!

Firstly, those berries were from your garden? Beautiful. You are so lucky. Secondly, love the cardamom infused flavouring of your panna cotta. The more I use cardamom the more I am loving it. The flavour combination here sounds amazing.

I love the dusting of meringue snow. The berries are beautifully coloured too. I'll have to try cooking with cardamon more.

Yes Julia, the berries, well all except the blueberries were from our garden. Although sadly all but a memory now as we move deeper into Winter Downunder.

You had me at "cardamom infused". Or maybe "meringue crumbled"!! I love pannacotta and I think the idea of the meringue crumble is inspired. Would have hidden the imperfections when my last pannacottas, erm, didn't really want to unmould!! Stunning photos, as always.
