	You know, I have some Lyles syrup in the cabinet right now, and I think I will make some Anzac biscuits, in honor of the day. 	A new Australian restaurant called Bondi opened last year in San Diego, where I had vegemite on toast for breakfast. Let's just say I think I would have preferred your Pavlova sandwiches. Their muesli with lemon yogurt and poached fruit was delicious though. Your lovely post is inspiring me to explore Australian and New Zealand cuisine even more.
