This sounds so delicious. Laksa is something I've wanted to try ever since I first started hearing about it on Asian blogs. No laksa here in restaurants so I may have to try making my own.

I like the little sprout garnish on top. Nice. But I would have left out the peanuts - I don't like them getting stuck in my teeth.

I'm not a winter person neither... For sure the fire will help to appreciate winter in a different way !
I've never tried laksa, but that looks good ! I should make a try.

Hi Nate, I know what you mean, I have issues with raspberry seeds and popcorn in my teeth, never had problems with peanuts however, love their crunchy texture and taste.
