that looks seriously good , Bron.. I like to frittata the unloved foods in the fridge (veges, cheese, meats, in it goes!), but as I am heading into a *real* winter for the first time in 5 years, it will be neglected food = soup all round! the cauliflower slice looks really cute on top too!

I am really desiring a bowl of your soup right now Bron. It looks delicious. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will definitely be making it in the next day or two. LOL - I thought I was the only person regarding the vintage veggies in the fridge and deciding which soup I can turn them into! The only difference is that I tend to do this on a Sunday night :) This soup looks glorious and I love the cauliflower garnish!
