Fabulous Choux Bron. Beautiful scenery. It might be cold but it sure is beautiful.

It's been hot HOT here this weekend. I've been cranking out the ice cream like there's no tomorrow, now all I need are some choux to fill.

I'd never thought of liqueures in icing before. Really like the ice blue of the curaçao.

Beautiful job as always Bron! Too bad those snow filled ones didn't taste so good - I think I would go for the vanilla ice cream too, but that picture sure was darling!!

Glad to see I was not the only one waiting till the last moment. You're puffs are beautiful and precious looking, especially combined with the inspirational snow pictures. I'm jealous!

The photo of the alps is wonderful, such a contrast to the plains of Canterbury. Your choux buns look good too.

Good-looking puffs! Anytime is a good time to be eating choux, in my opinion. I love your photos!

This looks lovely and I am sure it was equally as lovely tasting! Love the snowy photos!

These look great. I love how light the blue is. Next to your photos, it makes me think of the pale blueness of fresh snow.

I love the blue! You are right...so Donna Hay! :) And the combination of flavors sounds great...you always think up of such lovely desserts!

I wish I could grab a couple of those choux...along with some of that snow! I'm melting over here!

I know...I missed the deadline....going to my corner now....
The last 3 weeks are very blurry and hot....and then you add snow. I just want to hang the "Gone Fishing" sign on and be on the next plane to your house!!
The choux are precious!

Wow, is it winter again? That ice blue icing is just gorgeous!

Clumbsy Cookie — Wednesday 18th June 2008 12:27 pm

So pretty, like snowdrops. The choux, that is. Love those pictures of the snow too, by the way.

I thought I'd already commented on these but it must have been a comment on your Flickr page. I love these - proper duck egg blue. Too gorgeous!
