simply gorgeous, as always, bron! it is truly the essence of summer. i reallly feel like i'm there with you even though we're in the middle of winter here! (granted winter where i live only means in the 50s & 60s but hey. :-) ) i would kill for a slice of this.

Very pretty terrine, and nice use of the dried cranberries (I don't care HOW big a company Ocean Spray are, I utterly refuse to call them craisins!)

I live in Dunedin, and I have limes for quite a lot of the year on my tree. A lime tree from The Warehouse, grown in my glasshouse. Just a little glasshouse, and I'm no gardener. Try it.

Oh WOW Bron! That looks really incredible and I can only imagien how good it tastes. Love the way the colous of the napkin/tablelcoth echo the cranberry and lime colours. Very clever :) Great WTSIM entry.
