What a magical place! That picture with those lush green trees reminded me of "The Enchanted Woods" stories by Enid Blyton :) ... Thnx for a simple and lovely recipe!

Oh this is lovely, I've GOT to remember this in a couple of months!

That looks so summery and fresh! It's snowing and yucky here today, I'm looking forward to spring.

The sight of all that luscious fruit makes me impatient for summer -- even as there is snow outside on the lawn! Thanks for a bit of cheer on a grim winter's day.

I could have this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is just gorgeous! I have bookmarked this for May! I want this for my breakfast on my birthday!
Sorry I missed your message yesterday, I think I went to bed without turning the computer off.

What a great taste (no pun intended) of what we have to look forward to...beautiful pictures, as usual.

I'd eat brioche every day, given the chance! Those honeyed fruits look like the perfect complement.

Gorgeous lilies! Delicious looking stew! I have been stewing and freezing peaches as well, for the sake of Winter stock.

Thank you so much for your sweet comments everyone, I hope it's a little more summery at your place today! Thanks so much again

I'd be hard pressed to not recognize that you are in summer!!! That is really lovely Bron. Also makes me realize it's still Winter here, I'm ok with that because I know how hot our summer is. And we did have a sunny warm day here too.

[...] “…lets see, I could make a spiced polenta biscuit / cookie and serve it with some poached fruits with rose water and mascarpone?! No - that’s too similar to the Vanilla Roasted Stonefruits and Brioche I did recently. Mmm thinking… thinking. How about some polenta pancakes, or “hot cakes” with the added chili, hehe, that’s cool.. I mean that’s hot! - but no… I’ve posted about crêpes recently too!” [...]

Since I am so incredibly jealous (pauses to wipe up drool) over those beautiful stone fruits I thought I should tell you: My plum trees are just about done blooming; my peach and cherry trees are just starting to bloom. In a few months I will be eating and you will be jealous!
