You know, we always use coconut but the use of corn flakes totally makes sense. Something for me to do next year!

Oh that's just gorgeous! And (sad to admit) there are few sweet things I find more irresistible than chocolate cornflake clusters. They are amongst the first things I ever made as a child, in the form of Crispy Crackolets from the wonderful "My Learn To Cook Book". Thanks for the memories - and a more sophisticated presentation than my childhood attempts ;-)
