Hi Nico, yup it sure is a flashback, and although my post would perhaps suggest I make this quite often, I hadn't made it for several years.

Thank you Bea, I love ginger too and gingernuts are a fantastic variation.

Hehe Cath, yes it's not very heart friendly this one, a kin to a cheesecake I guess, so it’s ok very occasionally!

Oh my, that's awesome. It kind of looks like a pseudo-tiramisu to me. Cookies, cream, booze -- it's all there but the mascarpone and espresso. Kudos!
