	Hi there Rob, Jaffa Cakes are the quintessential UK junk food, hehe. McVities is THE brand, basically they're a sponge drop, (a soft biscuit/cookie sized sponge cake) with an orange flavoured jam and then half dipped in chocolate to seal in the jam.
