Looks wonderful. I must give it a try as a change from my Korean pancake obsession. I've even taught the boys how to make Korean pancakes.

I've been wondering what these are. I've been seeing them mentioned here and there. Hate to be clueless! They sound simple and delicious -- with possibilities for variation.

Hi Barbara, I've never had a "Korean pancake" but I think they're fairly similar.

Thanks Kelly, definitely endless possibilities, I don't think I ever make one quite the same...hehe
I first learnt of them when we had a Japanese intern stay with us, she put such weird, yet wonderful toppings on hers as I recall, but unfortunately I can't remember what they were exactly.
