oh yes! chai is something i love playing around with! bron these look simply awesome. i too do not have a form for madeleines so i think i know what you mean!

It's hard to believer, but I've never tasted madeleines. Just reading about them and watching your sublime photos make my mouth watering. They look delicious. There's a nice warm and homey vibe to these photos. I want sit at the table and enjoy the cup of coffee and some of these little beauties!

I have been looking for madeleine forms for ages, I even spent time on it in London but to no avail! Brilliant idea to make chai ones. Now I am going to order them online if I can find decently priced ones. loads of love xxxxx

For some reason or other I have always been a little daunted by the prospect of making madeleines. They seem so pretty and fragile and typically something I would get all wrong... I've got to get over that fear at some point and get me a proper madeleine pan! Love how yours look!

Hey Bron! I have been soooo out of touch with everyone! I just have to say that I love the 'new' (to me anyway) format of your blog and think it is truly gorgeous, as are your photos. These madeleines look amazing! I actually had the same idea for a chai madeleine a while back but my attempt completely bombed so I am beyond thrilled that you came up with this so I don't have to fail again! :)
