Salmon - yum! And orzo - I love that, used it in my 30 minute meal as well. I think this is going down on my list to make in the next week!

Bron - This looks so tasty! No one would believe you did these 2 great looking dishes in just 30 minutes. I'm definitely going to try the dessert too. Yum!

Heidi — Monday 27th March 2006 4:05 pm

hehe yes I saw you used orze too, great minds!

thank you, yes it is amazing what you can achieve in 30 mins if you put your mind to it. I had very little 'mise en place' though i.e no peeling vegetables, which speeds things up no end.

thanks for your lovely comments

Delighted that you liked the Pure Wasabi, Bron - I'm just kicking myself that I didn't pack a couple of jars to bring home to Ireland. It's back to the "horrid green stuff in a tube" for me, I'm afraid...

Why did I come to your blog JUST before dinner! This is too much. JUst looking at the pics, I can "taste" the food! Beautifully done!

I like your pics, your recipes of course too.

Sorry to tease you Caroline,
you'll be back this way sometime though, no?!

Bea, thanks so much!
I constantly drool all over my poor keyboard reading your blog!

Hi Zorra, thanks for dropping by and for your lovely comments

Thanks everyone, please excuse the lack of posts in the last week or so, a family bereavement has kept me away from the computer more than I would have wished. Have loads to catch up on!!
