Stunning colours and photos - what a lovely dessert you have made from the tea pack. Now I'm looking forward to opening mine (though I don't expect to get quite the same sophisticated result as yours!).

How beautiful! Love that striking red colour. And nice recycling of the gu ramekin!

Yummy Bron, i recognize the pots ;0) which I too have saved to use for puds. I know what you mean about a sunny Christmas, it's never quite the same and I really miss the snowy German Weihnachtsmarkt I used to spend most of December at.

Super perfect for Christmas, also because after a big meal I prefer a dessert like this over a traditional pudding or overly sweet pavlova, so yes, perfect for me, with a slice of Pandoro on the side :-).

O these look so pretty and Christmassy! I can so understand its difficult to celebrate Christmas in summer. I love snow and always keep dreaming of that gorgeous white Christmas ( which we hardly ever have)
Love these pannacottas. Perfect Christmas flavors!
