i love the combination of lime and coconut. both of the tarts look amazing as always, bron! i wish i lived on the other side of the world so i could snag a couple of everything you cook. your food never ceases to make me drool. :-)

You tarts came out beautiful! And sounds delicious with the lime! This reminds me of that song..."put the lime in the coconut and drink them both together...put the lime in the coconut and then you feel better..." I'm going to be singing that all day now...
