I popped over after visiting Helen's Clafoutis ....oh boy. The school lunch is just not going to cut it today....this looks silly,giggly,let-me-have-a-moment good!

it's a crying shame.

you see, i would inhale that dessert so fast that i wouldn't be able to fully appreciate its blend of flavors and textures. i'm sure i couldn't help myself though--i have little self control when it comes to things like boysenberry-ripple ice cream and bananas. :)

Oh wow! That is one seriously good looking clafouti!

Why not have all three! So great. I am just finishing a post for one more clafouti I'll send you. Thanks again for this round and opening my eyes to something new and wonderful!

ooooooooooowww yum!! whenever I see banana split, I would remember my trip to Jogjakarta, a flirt with a Western boy, a book store, the homestay alley... ooohhh a memorable journey...!

Hey Bron! Whenever I see a banana split, it reminds me of my time in the US: sitting outside a Dairy Queen at night eating dessert in the state of Indiana, watching good ol' boys cruising up and down the strip in their tricked-out trucks. I miss Dairy Queen, especially their thick, gloopy, straw-clogging strawberry thickshakes! Their banana splits weren't too flash...

Bron you most definitely have gone clafouti-mad, but you know, in a good way!

Oh, boysenberry ripple.. how do you always manage to make me food-home-sick Bron? although I can actually buy hokey-pokey in the supermarket now, I have no hope of boysenberry ripple or goody-goody-gum-drops, and to be honest now after all this talk of icecream, I feel like a walnut movenpick, badly! you and your girls have one for me next time, OK?

My first Clafoustis was a Chocolate Banana White Chocolate Chunk with Pecans. It so didn't work out. I must give a Banana Clafoutis another try.

This is one of the most beautiful round-ups I have ever seen. Kudos to all of the talented bakers.
