I actually own a copy of The Silver Spoon, though I have not actually cooked from it yet.

These chicken meatballs look fantastic. I especially love that you've taken the time to sear them well, because it really does make all the difference in the taste of the finished dish.

it's a great book, I've tried several recipes from it.
Although as with most cookbooks, I don't often follow the recipes exactly, instead I often tweak them to suit me better or simply use them for inspiration.

"Silver spoon" is one of the best and basic Italian cook book... I think almost every Italian has that. Nice recipe.
